Simple Solutions is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 HRIS Implementation Consultant for a part-time remote engagement. The role requires hands-on configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and proven HRIS delivery across HR processes.

Strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and US work eligibility are essential. The specialist will drive requirements, design, testing, and deployment of HRIS solutions, coordinating with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years overall with 5-8 years HRIS experience implementing HRIS solutions.
• Hands-on implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, ideally within broader ERP contexts.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes: lifecycle, org management, benefits, leave admin.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end ERP/HRIS implementations.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, business process mapping, fit-gap analyses, configuration, and documentation.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 HRIS implementation activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to document processes and requirements.
• Configure and optimize D365 HR functionality (employee data, orgs, benefits, leave, self-service, workflows).
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend practical solutions.
• Support data migration, validation, and integration with payroll/finance systems.
• Create functional design docs, config specs, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT and assist end-user training and go-live.
