Qualifications

• Experience directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines.

• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require.
• HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable.
