Job summary

MailMigrationSupport LLC seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Human Resources consultant to lead a mid-market manufacturing/energy client through a full HR implementation, moving from paper time cards and multi-system entry to digital workflows.

The role focuses on configuring D365 HR, translating current processes into rules, loading data, and partnering with a Business Central team for integration, with remote work and occasional on-site/client workshops anticipated.

Qualifications

3 years hands-on implementation of Dynamics 365 HR (or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations HR).
Experience configuring self-service time entry, approval workflows, and overtime rules.
Experience migrating organizations from manual/paper-based HR processes into a digital HRIS.
Comfortable working directly with HR stakeholders during discovery and requirements gathering.

Responsibilities

Configure D365 HR including org structure, worker/setup, self-service time entry, approvals, and overtime rules.
Translate manual HR processes into digital workflows and rules in D365 HR.
Load HR data and support functional/UAT validation.
Collaborate with the BC integration team on HR data flows and identity in the shared Azure/M365 tenant.
Document benefits administration remains manual; prepare SOPs and transfer knowledge to HR stakeholders.
Engage with client HR and IT during discovery and delivery.
