We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Dynamics 365 CE to support business processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Design and configure D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Power Platform
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
• Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and deployments
• Support system testing (UAT), user training, and post-go-live support
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and governance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Strong functional knowledge of D365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing)
