Simple Solutions seeks a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 HRIS Implementation & Support SME for a part-time remote contract in the United States. You will lead HRIS configuration, requirements gathering, and integration with payroll and ERP systems, delivering value across HR processes.

Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years overall experience with 5–8 years in HRIS, strong hands-on implementation skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders virtually during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years overall and 5-8 years HRIS relevant experience implementing and supporting HRIS solutions.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including lifecycle management, org structure, benefits, compensation, and leave.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end ERP/HRIS implementations.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, configuration, and documentation.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing, and production deployment.
• Ability to work independently with distributed teams and strong stakeholder skills.
• Must reside in the United States with current work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support D365 HRIS implementation activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to document processes and requirements.
• Configure and optimize D365 HR functionality: employee data, org structures, benefits, leave, self-service, workflows.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Support data migration, integrations, validation, and payroll/finance interfaces.
• Create functional design docs, configuration specs, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT and support end-user training and go-live.
• Troubleshoot issues and advise on optimization; work with technical teams and project managers.
