Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a remote capacity with some onsite needs for collaboration. The role requires a licensed P&C professional with 5–7+ years of leadership at a large broker/agency and preferred CPCU/CIC designation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership at a large broker/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and integration initiatives.
• Strong communication and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks for efficiency and quality.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and consistency.
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and service levels.
• Align Managed Services and resources with organizational goals.
• Provide subject-matter guidance on Commercial P&C operations.
• Support M&A integration through planning and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leaders to drive initiatives.
• Promote EPIC usage and optimize technology platforms.
• Utilize metrics and BI to drive performance improvements.
• Lead change initiatives and foster professional development.
