Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, partnerships with leadership, and drive workflow standardization and process improvement across the brokerage.

The role requires active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage or agency. Fully remote with optional onsite at times, in CST hours, to support cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze staffing to develop capacity plans for growth.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and alignment.
• Advise producers and leadership on agency operations and technology use.
• Promote EPIC utilization and performance measurement.
