Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations, optimize workflows, and drive performance across the agency. The role partners with leadership to standardize processes, scale operations, and deliver exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is supported with occasional onsite collaboration as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive results in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Establish and promote standardized Commercial Lines workflows and best practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Analyze staffing models and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessments and planning.
• Promote EPIC, workflows, and technology to enhance performance.
