Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a large brokerage. The role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive client outcomes while supporting M&A integration initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation preferred, and 5–7+ years of senior Commercial Lines leadership in a major agency. Remote work with CST hours is supported.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
