Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national operations, partnering with senior leaders to standardize workflows and drive efficiency. The role requires active P&C license and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large agency, with CPCU/CIC preferred.

Remote work is available with possible on-site needs for meetings. Ideal candidates will optimize workflows, mentor producers and operations teams, and lead M&A integration efforts while advancing client service

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership to improve operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process-improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Assist mergers and acquisitions with operational assessments and integration planning.
• Promote EPIC usage and other technology to boost performance.
