Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and agency best practices. The role focuses on workflow standardization, efficiency, and scalable processes, partnering with regional leadership to drive performance and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate has an active property & casualty license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large insurance brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations, service delivery, and organizational performance.
• Standardize workflows and promote best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement and capacity planning to support growth and efficiency.
• Support merger and acquisition integration and operational transformation initiatives.
