• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
• Evaluate issues with root cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Plan staffing and capacity to support growth and operational excellence.
• Align Managed Services resources with organizational goals.
• Provide SME guidance on agency operations, workflows, and EPIC usage.
• Support merger and acquisition integration through assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
