Job summary

Maven AGI is hiring a senior individual contributor to own demand generation. You will set the strategy and own the numbers, and you’ll also build the campaigns, workflows, and data pipelines in close collaboration with SDRs and AEs.

Day to day, you’ll drive inbound and outbound programs, ABM for enterprise accounts, and event-focused field marketing. You thrive in hands-on roles and growth‑oriented environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built a demand gen function or major channel from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing.
• Collaborated with SDR and AE teams to optimize funnel performance.
• Proficient in building ABM programs and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and pipeline targets across inbound and outbound channels.
• Collaborate daily with SDRs and AEs to ensure quality handoffs and fast follow-ups.
• Manage lifecycle marketing and performance platforms, including Salesforce workflows.
• Build and run ABM programs for strategic accounts with cross-channel plays.
• Align field marketing events with digital campaigns to drive account-based impact.
• Define metrics like MQL-to-SQL, CAC by channel, and speed to lead with clear reporting.
• Test new channels and AI-enabled tactics to scale demand generation efficiently.
• Create scalable systems and playbooks that sustain growth quarter after quarter.
