Maven AGI, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor to own demand generation. You will set the strategy and numbers, and you will also build the campaigns, workflows, and data foundations in collaboration with SDRs and AEs. Inbound and outbound programs, ABM for enterprise accounts, and hands-on platform work are core to the role.

You will drive measurement, reporting, and a test-and-learn approach to accelerate growth and create scalable GTM systems for long-term impact.

Competenze

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built (not just ran) a demand gen function or major channel from the ground up.
• Hands-on platform experience: marketing automation, lead scoring, routing.
• Direct experience with SDR and AE teams and lead handoff processes.
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and funnel analysis.

• Own the demand generation strategy and number with multi-channel campaigns.
• Partner with SDRs and AEs on campaign handoff and lead quality.
• Work hands-on in platforms; build workflows, scoring, and enrichment.
• Build and run ABM programs for strategic accounts and reporting.
• Collaborate on event strategy and tie field programs to accounts and campaigns.
• Define metrics and build trustworthy attribution reporting.
