Maven AGI, Inc. is seeking a senior demand generation contributor to own the strategy and the number, while also building the campaigns, workflows, and data pipelines.

You will collaborate with SDRs and AEs to ensure pipeline quality and conversion, and drive both inbound and outbound programs with ABM emphasis. You will work hands-on across Salesforce, lifecycle and performance marketing platforms, building scoring, routing, and enrichment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing ops at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built a demand gen function or major channel from the ground up, across inbound and outbound.
• Hands-on platform experience: marketing automation, lead scoring, routing, and worked in Clay.

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand generation strategy and number across multi-channel campaigns.
• Partner with SDRs and AEs on campaign handoff and lead quality.
• Work hands-on in platforms; build workflows, scoring, routing, enrichment in GTM Systems.
• Build ABM programs for strategic accounts with reporting.
• Collaborate with field marketing on events and tie to account framework.
• Define metrics (MQL-to-SQL, CAC by channel) and build attribution reporting.
• Run test-and-learn for new channels and AI-native tactics.
