Job summary

Maven AGI, Inc. is hiring a senior demand generation contributor in San Francisco.

You will own the demand gen strategy, drive multi-channel campaigns, and build the workflows and data pipelines yourself, collaborating daily with SDRs and AEs to convert inbound and outbound activity into enterprise pipeline. You will work hands-on across platforms, build ABM programs for strategic accounts, and continually optimize funnel metrics with a test-and-learn approach using AI-enabled techniques.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built demand gen function or major channel from the ground up, across inbound and outbound.
• Hands-on platform experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing.
• Experience partnering with SDR and AE teams for lead handoff and feedback loops.
• Strong data skills to report on funnel, pipeline, CAC, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Define and own demand generation strategy and numbers across multi-channel campaigns.
• Partner with SDRs and AEs on campaign handoff, lead quality, and follow-through.
• Manage lifecycle marketing programs and performance platforms, including Salesforce workflows.
• Build and run ABM programs for strategic accounts with coordinated paid, email, and outbound plays.
• Collaborate with field marketing on events and tie programs to account and campaign framework.
• Define metrics (MQL-to-SQL, pipeline, CAC by channel) and build trusted attribution reporting.
• Run test-and-learn experiments with AI-native tactics to move the number.
• Create scalable systems and playbooks to avoid rebuilds each quarter.
