Maven AGI, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor to own demand generation. You will set the strategy, own the number, and execute campaigns across inbound and outbound channels, including ABM for enterprise accounts.

You will partner daily with SDRs and AEs to ensure leads translate into real pipeline, and you will build the platforms and workflows that power scalable growth. Day-to-day work spans lifecycle and performance marketing, Salesforce, and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Built a demand gen function or major channel from the ground up across inbound and outbound.
• Hands-on platform experience: marketing automation, lead scoring, and routing.
• Experience working with SDR and AE teams and strong data-driven mindset.
• ABM experience with enterprise accounts is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the demand generation strategy and pipeline targets across multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate daily with SDRs and AEs on handoff, lead quality, and follow-through.
• Operate lifecycle marketing and performance platforms, including Salesforce workflows.
• Build ABM programs for strategic accounts and report on engagement.
• Shape event strategies and align field programs with digital campaigns.
• Define metrics and build trusted attribution reporting.
• Run test-and-learn for new channels, including AI-native tactics.
• Scale demand generation systems and playbooks for quarterly reuse.
