Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Demand Generation marketer to own inbound and outbound for two products, driving trials and demos and reporting on pipeline and revenue. You will build the playbook, own the tech stack, channels, and measurement, and advise the CEO and leadership on where to invest and why.

This high-autonomy role requires a solo marketer who can operate across marketing, sales, and product teams, shaping budgets, experiments, and content to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership with budget decisions and tracking.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience designing SEO/content programs with measurable pipeline impact.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and data teams.
• AI fluency to build automations and accelerate work.
• Strong written communication in business contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define demand generation strategy across two products and own outcomes (trials, demos, CAC, ACV, LTV).
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, channel ROI, and investment prioritization.
• Identify and run experiments and big bets to drive growth with clear reporting.
• Own Web presence, SEO strategy, and content programs to boost visibility.
• Manage onboarding, nurture, and lifecycle communications; collaborate with sales.
• Own martech stack and build AI workflows and automations across the workflow.
