• 7–10 years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience as solo or near-solo marketer owning strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid media ownership with budget and bid decisions.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across sequences and reporting.
• Experience with SEO or content programs driving pipeline.
• Ability to work with engineering and data teams to build marketing infra.
• AI fluency to build automations and content.

Responsibilities

• Define the demand generation strategy across two products and own the outcomes.
• Own paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and OpenAI.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, channel ROI, and investment prioritization.
• Identify, build, and run experiments to drive step-change growth, from hypothesis to reporting.
• Oversee Webflow site, SEO/AEO strategy, and content operations.
• Manage HubSpot as the system of record and design onboarding and nurture sequences.
• Collaborate with sales and CS on pipeline content and retention communications.
