Job summary

Relativity is seeking a highly autonomous marketer to own demand generation and marketing-led outbound for Gavel products. You will define strategy, manage the tech stack, channels, and reporting, and guide executive leadership on where to invest to drive pipeline and revenue.

You will personally own paid search and social campaigns, SEO/Content programs, and lifecycle email sequences while collaborating with sales and customer success to optimize retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in demand generation, growth marketing or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Solo or near-solo marketer who owned strategy and outcomes.
• Hands-on paid ownership with budget decisions and tracking.
• Strong HubSpot proficiency across workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting.
• Experience designing and executing SEO/content programs with measurable impact.
• Cross-functional work with engineering and data teams to build marketing infrastructure.
• AI fluency: using AI tools to automate, generate content, and accelerate work.
• Strong written communication for briefs and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define demand generation strategy for both products, focusing on trials, demos, CAC, ACV, and LTV.
• Own and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Advise leadership on funnel health, ROI, and investment priorities; run experiments for growth.
• Own Webflow site strategy, CMS updates, and new page launches; oversee SEO/AEO efforts.
