Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments with executive decision-makers. You will develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reports supporting federal contracting operations in a fully remote US role.

Key responsibilities include designing dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, defining KPIs with stakeholders, and delivering insights to senior leadership. DoD/Navy experience is a plus, and security clearance eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• 3+ years of BI/operational analytics experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy stakeholders is desirable.
• Proficient with Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Experience with Python, SQL, JSON, R and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
• Define KPIs and translate requirements into specs.
• Perform operational, financial, and contract analyses.
• Deliver workforce analytics for recruiting and HR metrics.
• Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends.
• Present findings to senior leadership and clients.
• Utilize SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline reporting.
