GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments and executive decision-making. You will craft executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports for federal contracting contexts, interfacing with government clients and leadership.

The role requires a data/CS background, strong BI tool skills (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics), and experience with cloud data engineering and analytics, including AWS services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years experience (or commensurate).
• Security Clearance: must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required by position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, MIS, CS or a closely related analytical field.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal consulting.
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, JSON, R, and Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, SageMaker).
• Experience with Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, Oracle Taleo.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Define KPIs with senior leadership and translate requirements into specs.
• Conduct operational, financial, and contract analyses for planning and performance.
• Deliver workforce analytics on recruiting, hiring trends, and resource allocation.
• Research federal agencies and GovTech trends to support growth and proposals.
• Present findings to executives and clients to drive improvements.
• Leverage SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline reporting workflows.
