Job summary
Design interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics to track revenue, pipeline activity, and workforce performance; partner with senior leadership and government clients to define KPIs and translate business needs into technical specs; conduct detailed analyses to support planning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical field and 3+ years BI/analytics experience.
- Experience with government contracting or DoD/DoN stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, Python, SQL, JSON and advanced Excel.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Define KPIs with leadership and translate requirements into technical specs.
- Perform operational, financial, and contract analyses for strategic planning.
- Deliver workforce analytics on recruiting pipelines, trends, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends.
- Present findings and briefings to senior leadership and clients.
- Utilize SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline reporting workflows.
