Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge complex data environments and executive decision-makers. You will develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports for federal, defense, and consulting efforts.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Salesforce Analytics, defining KPIs with leadership, and detailing analyses to guide strategic planning and performance improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years experience (or commensurate)
• Security Clearance: must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required by position
• 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal consulting
• Proficiency in data visualization and BI platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics
• Hands-on with data analysis and modeling tools: Python, SQL, JSON, R, Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with cloud data engineering and AWS services
• Experience navigating enterprise systems: Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, Oracle Taleo
• Core competencies: stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, executive briefings

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics
• Define KPIs with senior leadership and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Perform detailed operational, financial, and contract analyses to support planning and performance management
• Deliver workforce analytics on pipelines, hiring trends, and resource allocation
• Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends to support business development
• Present analytical findings and briefings to senior leadership and client audiences
• Utilize SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline reporting workflows
