GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments and executives, delivering dashboards and analytics for federal contracting.

You will design KPI frameworks, partner with government clients and senior leaders, and provide reporting that drives strategic planning and performance management.

The role requires BI platform expertise (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics), SQL/Python, and experience in government or defense sectors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience or commensurate.
• 3+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or federal consulting.
• Experience with DoD or Navy stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Define KPIs and translate requirements into reporting specs.
• Perform operational, financial, and contract analyses for strategic planning.
• Deliver workforce analytics for recruiting pipelines and hiring trends.
• Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends.
• Present findings to senior leadership and client audiences.
