Job summary

GovCIO seeks a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments with executive decision-making. You will develop dashboards and KPI frameworks for high-visibility government contracting contexts, engaging stakeholders and translating requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include dashboards delivery, KPI definition, and workforce analytics, working with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, and AWS services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years experience or commensurate
• Security clearance: eligible to obtain if required
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, MIS, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal consulting
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics
• Hands-on with Python, SQL, JSON, R, and Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with AWS data services and AI/ML fundamentals
• Experience with Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, Oracle Taleo
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain executive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce Analytics
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical reporting specs with KPIs
• Perform operational, financial and contract analyses for strategic planning
• Deliver workforce analytics: recruiting pipelines, hiring trends, resource allocation
• Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends to support growth
• Present findings to senior leadership and clients to drive improvement
• Utilize SharePoint, Salesforce, Costpoint to streamline reporting workflows
