GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments and executive decision-makers across federal, defense, and consulting operations.

You will design dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports using Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, and related tools, collaborating with senior leaders and government clients to translate requirements into actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years experience (or commensurate)
• Security Clearance: must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required by position
• 3+ years in business intelligence/operational analytics or federal consulting
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics
• Python, SQL, JSON, R, and Advanced Excel
• AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, SageMaker, Lex)
• Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, Oracle Taleo

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain interactive executive dashboards and recurring operational reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics
• Define KPIs with senior leadership and translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications
• Perform operational, financial, and contract analyses to support strategic planning and performance management
• Deliver workforce and talent acquisition analytics to provide visibility into recruiting pipelines and hiring trends
• Conduct market research on federal agencies, government contractors, and GovTech industry trends to support business development and growth
• Present analytical findings and executive briefings to senior leadership and client audiences
