GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments and executive decision-making. You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports for federal contracting environments, collaborating with leaders and government clients to translate requirements into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics), data modeling, and production of leadership-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or federal consulting environments.
• Experience with DoD or Navy stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and government clients to define KPIs.
• Conduct financial, contract, and workforce analytics to inform decisions.
• Provide workforce analytics on recruiting pipelines and hiring trends.
• Perform market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends.
• Present findings to executives and client audiences for ongoing improvement.
• Leverage SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint to streamline workflows.
