Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to bridge data environments with executive decision-makers. You will develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports for federal contracting with DoD/agency stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, analyzing revenue and workforce data, and delivering data-driven briefings to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–8 years experience or commensurate
• Security Clearance: must be eligible to obtain if required
• 3+ years in business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal consulting
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics
• Strong data analysis skills with Python, SQL, JSON, R, and advanced Excel
• Familiarity with AWS data services and AI/ML fundamentals
• Experience with Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, and Oracle Taleo

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive executive dashboards and recurring reports using BI tools to track revenue, pipeline, and workforce metrics
• Collaborate with senior leadership and government clients to define KPIs and translate requirements into reporting specs
• Perform detailed operational, financial, and contract analyses to support strategic planning and performance management
• Deliver workforce analytics including recruiting pipelines, hiring trends, and resource allocation
• Conduct market research on federal agencies and GovTech trends to support business development and proposals
• Present findings and data-driven insights to executives and client audiences to drive improvements
• Streamline reporting workflows using enterprise platforms like SharePoint, Salesforce, and Costpoint
