Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics professional to own analytics for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. You will build modern analytics infrastructure, contribute to Lighthouse, and push AI-powered workflows to accelerate insights.

You’ll partner with leadership across GTM to shape how data informs decisions and drive measurable impact. You’ll work in two-week sprints with Analytics Engineering, shipping dashboards and data models that power pipeline, retention, and campaign

Qualifications

5+ years in analytics/BI supporting Sales, Marketing or CS at a fast-growing company.
Expert SQL and dbt experience modeling GTM data.
Python for analysis and automation.
Experience with Salesforce as a data source.
Familiarity with a modern data stack: Fivetran and a cloud warehouse like Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention.
Partner with stakeholders to scope questions and drive decisions beyond dashboards.
Build and maintain dbt models and marts; ensure data quality and documentation.
Contribute to Lighthouse BI-as-code platform and AI-enabled workflows.
