Homebase is seeking a Senior Analyst to empower Go-to-Market teams through data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Support. You will link systems, build analyses, and create self-serve tools to reduce ad hoc requests while deciding what to build with an AI-powered mindset.

You will partner with GTM leaders to shape metrics, ensure data integrity with engineering, and deliver executive-ready insights that drive strategic headcount and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytics experience with ability to model and measure business impact.
• Proven ability to build and maintain AI-powered reporting and insights systems.
• Strong AI-native mindset; build agents, automate workflows, and leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain data and reporting system for GTM funnel to a single trusted view.
• Define and maintain a clear metric framework; evaluate ROI by motion and channel.
• Build scalable self-serve BI tools that enable teams to track performance without ad hoc requests.
• Proactively surface risks and opportunities; identify gaps, trends, and quality signals.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready insights for headcount, investment, and strategy.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data integrity and instrumentation for new GTM motions.
