Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and scale an analytics foundation powering GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops. You will transform raw data into trusted datasets and support dashboards, cohorts, experimentation, and AI-ready semantic layers.

You will own the Snowflake warehouse, dbt models, and ELT pipelines, collaborating across Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering to ensure robust analytics architecture and data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or in a similar SaaS role.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data modeling practices.
• Proficiency in Python for pipeline development and API integrations.
• Experience modeling Salesforce data—opportunities, contracts, subscriptions, cases, and field history.
• Proven experience building custom ELT pipelines ingesting data from third-party APIs into a cloud data warehouse.
• Experience designing cross-system reconciliation models across multiple source systems.
• Experience working with event-based and product usage data (Posthog, Mixpanel).
• Experience connecting marketing data to product analytics and building end-to-end pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Snowflake data warehouse and ingestion processes.
• Designs and maintains core data models and datasets for governed analytics.
• Build and maintain Python/Airflow pipelines to ingest data from APIs into Snowflake.
• Design cross-system reconciliation models to surface data discrepancies and protect revenue.
• Implement testing, observability, and CI/CD for analytics pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Finance to ensure consistent metrics definitions and instrumentation.
• Develop semantic layers (dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake Cortex) for AI readiness.
