Job summary

Close is seeking a Staff GTM Analyst to partner with GTM leadership, build semantic data layers, and enable self-serve analytics across the business. You’ll work hands-on to interrogate metrics, trace data through the warehouse, and translate insights into action that moves key business metrics.

You’ll lead cross-functional data initiatives, own data trust, and push the boundary of what AI means for analytics, while staying accountable for outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience building semantic layers and self-serve dashboards.
• Familiarity with GTM data, attribution, UTMs, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and model the funnel from first touch to paid conversion.
• Reconcile data across Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and ad platforms.
• Forecast impact of investments and guide leadership decisions.
• Own data quality and guide cross-functional teams to actionable insights.
