Job summary

Homebase is seeking a Senior Analyst to empower Go-To-Market teams with data-driven decisions. You will connect disparate data sources, run analyses, and build self-serve AI-powered tools that scale beyond ad hoc requests.

You’ll define metrics, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance, and ensure data integrity across GTM motions. This role blends analytics with practical system-building in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics.
• Proven ability to model and measure business impact.
• Experience building AI-powered reporting and insights systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain data and reporting system linking GTM funnel into a single view.
• Define and maintain a clear metric framework with GTM leadership.
• Build scalable self-serve tools and AI-powered interfaces for teams.
• Surface risks and opportunities with actionable insights for leadership.
• Translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives.
