Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision in the United States. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Computer Vision Platform, partnering with product leaders to define requirements and drive adoption of AI models and infrastructure across the portfolio.

You will lead enterprise-scale cloud and edge AI initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and own end‑to‑end CV products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience with platform products, AI/ML, or cross‑functional technical domains.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience building machine learning models, production ML pipelines, CV algorithms, or ML/data products.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycle, MLops, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and metrics frameworks to drive adoption and value.
