Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy and roadmap of a scalable CV platform. You will partner with internal leaders to specify requirements, drive adoption of AI infrastructure, and own end-to-end CV products from concept to deployment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, ML lifecycle ownership, and a data-driven approach to measure platform success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, CV algorithms, or ML/data-oriented products.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycles (MLOps).
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with measurable KPIs/OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal partner alignment and drive API/spec requirements and platform adoption.
• Author MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure from ideation to deprecation.
• Define and track platform metrics (adoption, latency, cost) and quantify customer outcomes.
• Conduct market research and discovery to identify new opportunities and inform build-versus-buy decisions.
