Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and success of our CV Platform across enterprise cloud and edge AI. You will partner with product leaders to shape requirements, enable central AI models, and own end-to-end CV product ownership.

Lead cross-functional teams, define MRDs/PRDs, and build scalable AI infrastructure while measuring adoption, performance, and business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products or AI/ML.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, pipelines, CV algorithms or ML software.
• Deep understanding of CV/ML lifecycle, data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.

Responsibilities

• Define and roadmap the Computer Vision Platform aligned with product portfolio.
• Manage internal partners, define platform requirements, and drive adoption of APIs and services.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure from ideation to deployment and deprecation.
• Define and track platform metrics: adoption, performance, latency, cost-efficiency, customer outcomes.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery with PM teams to guide strategy.
