Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager - Computer Vision to lead enterprise-scale CV platforms and AI infrastructure. You will define strategy, roadmap, and measurable success, partnering with product leaders to drive adoption across Motorola's portfolio.

The role requires 10+ years in technical program management for platform/AI, 3+ years hands-on ML/CV work, deep CV/ML expertise, and proven product-vision with KPI-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in platform/AI/ML domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models or CV algorithms.
• Deep understanding of CV and ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.
• Leadership at a principal level, influencing senior leaders.
• Customer-focused with early-stage discovery and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Platform Product Strategy & Roadmap: define vision and strategy for the CV Platform.
• Internal Partner Management: engage with internal product leaders to drive platform adoption.
• Product Definition & Requirements: write MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core capabilities.
• AI Model Lifecycle Ownership: manage lifecycle of central CV models and infra.
• Platform Metrics: define and track KPIs for adoption, performance, latency, and cost.
• Market & Customer Insights: conduct research to inform build-vs-buy decisions.
