Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Computer Vision to lead the strategy and roadmap for our enterprise‑scale CV platform. You will partner with product leaders to define requirements, drive adoption of AI models, and manage cloud and edge AI initiatives across our product portfolio.

You will own the lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure, work with internal teams to specify APIs, data pipelines, and model serving, and assess success via defined

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform or AI domains.
• 3+ years as IC building ML models, production ML pipelines, CV algorithms, or ML-oriented software.
• Deep understanding of CV, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs/OKRs.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.

Aufgaben

• Define strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Engage internal product teams to gather CV requirements and drive platform adoption.
• Write MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities (model serving, data pipelines).
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure, from ideation to deployment and deprecation.
• Define and track platform metrics (adoption, latency, cost-efficiency) to drive improvements.
