Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Computer Vision to define the strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform. You will partner with product leaders to drive adoption of AI models and infrastructure across the portfolio, owning end‑to‑end platform initiatives for enterprise‑scale cloud and edge AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience, with a focus on platform products, AI/ML, or complex, cross‑functional technical domains.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an individual contributor building machine learning models, production ML pipelines, computer vision algorithms, or software engineering for ML or data‑oriented products.
• Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of computer vision and machine learning, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform, aligning with the overall product portfolio.
• Lead internal partner alignment to understand CV needs, define platform requirements (APIs, capabilities, scalability), and drive adoption.
• Author MRDs/PRDs and user stories for platform capabilities and end‑to‑end CV products.
• Own the product lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure, from ideation to deployment and deprecation.
• Define and track KPIs/OKRs to measure platform adoption, performance, cost‑efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Perform market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform build vs. buy decisions.
