Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to shape the strategy and roadmap of the Computer Vision Platform. You will partner with product leaders to specify platform requirements, APIs, and scalable solutions, guiding AI model deployment and lifecycle across the product portfolio.

You will own product definition for CV products, drive measurable success through adoption and performance metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience on platform products, AI/ML, or cross-functional domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, production ML pipelines, CV algorithms, or ML/data-oriented software.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and metrics frameworks.
• Strong leadership, ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Domain knowledge in video analytics for security, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, definition, and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Engage internal product leaders to understand CV needs and drive platform adoption.
• Define platform requirements (APIs, capabilities, scalability) and MRDs/PRDs.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
