Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy, roadmap, and success of the CV Platform. You will partner with product leaders to set platform requirements, drive adoption of AI models, and manage cloud and edge CV infrastructure across the portfolio.

You will own end‑to‑end CV products, define MRDs/PRDs, and establish KPIs to measure impact on customer value and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models or CV algorithms
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycles (MLOps)
• Experience defining platform requirements and driving adoption of AI infrastructure
• Ability to define product requirements and measurable success metrics
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across teams

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform
• Lead cross‑functional teams to understand CV needs and drive platform adoption
• Create MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and AI infrastructure
• Define and track KPIs, OKRs and platform performance metrics
• Conduct market research and inform build-vs-buy decisions
