Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager - Computer Vision to lead the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the Computer Vision Platform. You will partner with product teams to define requirements and drive adoption of AI infrastructure across the portfolio.

In this high-impact role, you will own end-to-end platform capabilities, ML model lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering enterprise-scale solutions while guiding teams through ambiguous

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience on platform products, AI/ML, or cross‑functional technical domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, production ML pipelines, computer vision algorithms, or ML/data‑oriented software.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with measurable KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform and align with business goals.
• Lead internal partner alignment, gather platform requirements and drive API adoption.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and AI infrastructure, from ideation to deployment.
• Define and track platform metrics to measure adoption, performance, and outcomes.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform strategic decisions.
