Job summary

Veeva Systems, a leader in life sciences cloud, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customer value with Veeva's Commercial Content and Medical Vault applications. You will serve as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to drive adoption and collaboration.

You will partner with global customers to understand their goals and challenges, then map how to maximize existing investments to meet those needs, traveling up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within life sciences industry.
• Experience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companies.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Experience managing relationships with key decision makers and application owners.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applications.
• Lead as trusted advisor and own relationships with customers’ business decision makers.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Sales, Product and Services to address customer needs.
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva app usage and create a customer roadmap.
• Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections.
