Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Quality within life sciences industry.
• Experience with large global pharmaceutical or CRO companies.
• Customer-facing consulting experience and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation.
• Own relationships with customers’ business decision makers and application owners.
• Coordinate with strategy, sales, product, and services to address needs.
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications.
• Facilitate customer-to-customer and customer-to-Veeva collaboration.
