Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You’ll coordinate data, systems, pricing, and government programs, while ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

We value cross-functional teamwork with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Finance, and you will manage readiness reporting, risk, and PMO updates. This role supports NDC-12 readiness and external engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires M.S. in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IS or related field with 5+ years of experience or Bachelors with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with Accenture third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts and audits.
