Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include NDC-12 readiness, master data coordination, and collaboration with IT, sales, and finance to optimize supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/customer operations or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including billing, account setup, and cash collection support.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and pricing workstreams.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, Regulatory and commercial teams to ensure compliant operations.
