Job summary

Bayer, a global leader in Pharmaceuticals, seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash across the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction, coordinating data, systems, traceability and pricing programs.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, align cross-functional requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teams, and manage integrated cluster

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 5+ years in a related role in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized or specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data and system integration.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness and cross-functional workstreams.
• Collaborate with IT, Master Data, Quality and Finance for readiness reporting.
• Lead integrated plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO/leadership.
• Drive process improvements and support launches and new business models.
