Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply, compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing and government programs, coordinating with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and commercial teams to optimize processes and partner operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities; manage account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions; strengthen relationships with sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; maintain risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
