Job summary

Bayer is seeking a skilled operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for US Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage master data and system interfaces, and ensure compliant, timely service delivery.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, collaborate on pricing, government programs, and contracts, and maintain strong partnerships with IT, regulatory, and commercial teams to support reliable supply and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized/specialty/3PL‑supported models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored solutions for customers and manage cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, decisions and readiness metrics for PMO updates.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 to reflect evolving expectations.
